What’s Joe Biscotte ?

Joe Biscotte is a company created by Jean-Yves Fort whose registered office is at La Mothe 48500 Banassac, phone 33 00 466 428 675 (under registered number Mende ). The placing of an order by a customer implies his complete adhesion without reserve to the general terms of sale which can be found on the site www.joebiscotte.com

Products, validity of the offers, prices

Complete product specifications are available on each form in the section "shop".

What you see on the screen may be slightly different as far as brightness, constrast, and shades are concerned.

Products are on sale until stocks last. All offers are available until stocks last. All the products sold on the site are in stock. If an ordered product is not available, Joe Biscotte will send you an e-mail notification and will offer you a substitute product. If you prefer, you will get a refund instead.

The prices on the web site are given in euros, inclusive of tax and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. Joe Biscotte reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. At the time of the order, flat rate postage and packing will be added. You will be reminded throughout the different steps.

Orders

To place an order for a product, the customer must identify himself but first, he must sign in and provide the following information : surname, first name, mailing address, phone number and invoice address.

Once you’ve selected the products you want to buy, you must submit your order. First you must show you’ve read and accepted our general terms and conditions and you click on the order button. From now on, the order is registered and a confirmation e-mail message is sent to you which includes your order number.

Once you have confirmed your order, you have 15 days to send your payment. After that delay, the order will be cancelled and the products which have been chosen, will be put on sale again.

Delivery

The items are sent to the address given by the customer at the time of the order. They are sent once payment has been accepted by Paypal and if the order has been accepted by Joe Biscotte.

In addition, Joe Biscotte reserves the right not to accept any orders from a customer who would be insolved in litigation.

As soon as the order is validated and on receipt of the payment, the cards are sent within 24 hours. The delivery times in France are those of the French Post, so two to six open days. Please allow an average of ten days for the parcels sent to other countries.

Payment

Joe Biscotte reserves the right to ask for a proof of identity and a proof of domicile if a significant amount of money is "involved".

Paypal handles all the transactions and so, everyone's information, including credit card numbers, bank account numbers and addresses, isn't transmitted to Joe Biscotte.

Return

Within 15 days of delivery, if you aren't entirely delighted, you may return any of the products for a full refund. Items should be returned with the original packaging or a rigid cardboard package. We won't pay the return shipping costs. The products must be returned complete, in perfect condition and unused

Personal data

All your personal data are protected by the French law dated 6th January 1978 relating to Computers, Security and Liberties. You have access to this site at any time and you have the right to rectify, update and delete personal data. To exercise this right, send a letter with a proof of your identity.

To fulfill legal and fiscal requirements, copies of your e-bill by means of both computerized systems and hard copy documents will be kept.
